Dr. Das is having extensive pharma industry experience. He was the COO of Syngene (a subsidiary of Biocon) and has also been associated with Astra Research Centre, India a wholly owned subsidiary of AB Astra. Dr. Das has done his PhD in Molecular Biology from IICB, Kolkata, India and has received his post doc in Biophysics and Biochemistry from the University of Rochester, US.
Scientific Advisor
Dr. Sivaram is presentlyan INSA Senior Scientist and Honorary Professor at the Indian Institute of Science Education and Research, Pune, India. Prior to this he held the position of CSIR Bhatnagar Fellow (2010-15) and J.C. Bose National Fellow of the Department of Science and Technology (2007-15) at CSIR-NCL. He served as the eighth Director of National Chemical Laboratory (NCL) from 2002-10. An alumnus of IIT-Kanpur, he received his PhD in Chemistry from Purdue University, USA. He was a Research Associate at the Institute of Polymer Science, University of Akron, USA before returning to India to pursue his professional career.
Dr Sivaram began his professional career at Indian Petrochemicals Corporation Limited, Vadodara in 1974. He was one of the architects of the first petrochemical and polymer R&D centers in India and held leadership roles in polymer R&D and polyolefin catalysis research at IPCL. He also set up at IPCL the most comprehensive pilot plant facilities for polyolefins, which is operational to this day. He also played a key role in the selection of polyolefin technologies and licensors for the PP and PE plant at Nagothane and PE plant at Gandhar. After joining NCL, Pune, Dr Sivaram has served as consultant for Reliance Industries Limited (from 1998 to 2008) and IOC R&D (from 2009 to 2014). Dr. Sivaram assisted IOC R&D in setting up a polyolefin R&D laboratory at Faridabad. The first generation of supported catalysts for the gas phase PP process ( RELCAT series) at RIL were developed in his laboratory and successfully scaled up to a manufacturing scale at Hazira by RIL.
Dr. Sivaram is a highly decorated scientist with numerous awards to his credits. He is a recipient of the Gold Medal of the Chemical Research Society of India for his life-time achievement in chemistry. International Award for distinguished contributions to polymer science, awarded by the Society of Polymer Science, Japan, Vishwakarma Medal (INSA), Silver Medal of the Chemical Research Society of India, Millennium Medal of the Indian Science Congress Association, Disinguished Alumnus Award of IIT, Kanpur, Professor S.R. Palit Memorial Award of the Indian Association for Cultivation of Science, Kolkatta, K.G. Naik Gold Medal of M.S. University, Baroda, FICCI Award in Physical Sciences, Om Prakash Bhasin Award, Goyal Prize in Applied Sciences, Disinguished Material Scientist of the Year Award, 2011 bestowed by Materials Research Society of India and the Lifeime Achievement Award of the Indian Chemical Society, 2015.
The President of India recognized him with the award of Padma Sri in 2006. Purdue University, USA conferred on him the DSc degree in 2010 for his exceptional attainment and merit.
Dr. Sivaram is an elected Fellow of all the learned academies of science and engineering in India. He is also an elected Fellow of the Academy of Sciences for the Developing World, Trieste, Italy (TWAS), Fellow of the International Union of Pure and Applied Chemistry (IUPAC) and Royal Society of Chemistry, UK.
He has lectured widely around the world and has been a Visiting Professor at the University of Bordeaux, France, Free University of Berlin, Germany. Indian Institute of Technology, Mumbai, King Abdulla University of Science and Technology, Saudi Arabia and H.A. Morton Distinguished Professor of Polymer Science at the University of Akron, Ohio, USA He has mentored the Ph.D. thesis of 36 students, over a dozen post-doctoral fellows and published over 210 papers in peer reviewed scientificjournals. He is cited as an inventor in 49 granted European and US as well as 52 Indian patents. He has edited two books and authored one book.
Dr. Sivaram chairs the Scientific Advisory Committee of Vyome Biosciences Ltd., New Delhi and is a member of the Scientific Advisory Boards of Apollo Tires Ltd., Gurgaon, Asian Paints Ltd., Mumbai and HLL Lifecare Ltd, Thiruvananthapuram. He serves as an independent Director on the Boards of Asian Paints Limited, Apcotex Industries Limited, Deepak Nitrite Limited, Supreme Petrochemicals Limited and Gharda Chemicals Pvt Ltd, Mumbai. He is a non-executive Chairman of the Board of GMM Pfaudler Limited
Dr. Sivaram's research interest concerns polymer synthesis, surface chemistry of polymers, porous polymers for energy related applications, biodegradable polymers, organic-inorganic hybrids, nanocomposites and structure-property relationship in polymers.

His research expertise lies in the areas of molecular basis of complex diseases, genomics, population genetics and computational biology.

Dr. Windisch is equipped with 30 years of experience in industry and academic research. He has been involved in more than 20 global clinical trials in the field of CNS.

Dr. Chattarji is Professor with National Centre for Biological Studies, Bangalore, India. His expertise lies in the research areas of neural mechanism of stress, neurodegenerative and autism spectrum disorders; synaptic plasticity in the hippocampus and amygdala. He is having large number of publications in various international journals and awards to his credit.

Dr. William J. Greenlee is currently working as an independent medicinal chemistry consultant. Dr. Greenlee was a member of the team that discovered Merck's antihypertensive drugs Vasotecâ„¢ and Prinivilâ„¢. Dr. Greenlee joined Schering-Plough where he and his group advanced eleven drug candidates into clinical trials, including preladenant for treatment of Parkinson's disease (Phase 3) and MK-8931 for treatment of Alzheimer's disease (entering Phase 2). He is coauthor of over 190 research publications and co-inventor of over 70 U.S. patents. He received his B.S. degree in chemistry at The Ohio State University and his Ph.D. degree from Harvard University. He was an NIH Postdoctoral Fellow at Columbia University.

Dr. Pradhan is a leading oncology surgeon of India. He has over 30 years of experience. Presently he is working as Chief of Oncology Surgery, Prince Aly Khan Hospital, Mumbai, India. He has been associated with Sloan Kettering Cancer Centre, New York. He has also been Former Chief of H&N Service and Head Department of Surgery, Tata Memorial Hospital. Dr. Pradhan has large number of publications in national and international journals to his credit. He is also credited with development of various treatment protocols and procedures.
